Mark Eugene Wagner, of Millersburg, was last seen at his home in the 100 block of Par 3 Drive on Thursday, Oct. 24, at approximately 11:30 a.m., PSP detailed in the release.
He is believed to be driving his black 2017 Toyota 4Runner with the PA license plate KMM-3496.
He is described as a white male, 6’ tall, approximately 200 pounds; and was last seen wearing a dark-colored t-shirt, black sneakers, and jeans.
